Foxtrot500 was born out of a deep personal commitment to raise awareness around men’s mental health, an issue too often overlooked. Many men still struggle to talk openly about how they feel due to outdated stigmas surrounding masculinity.
This challenge aims to break the silence, encourage conversation, and raise vital funds for Mind Jersey to support suicide prevention and mental wellbeing in men.
From 1st to 18th September, Paul Fox will walk 500 miles along Jersey’s cycle path to St Aubin’s Village and back (84 laps of 6 miles). But it’s more than just a walk.
Foxtrot500 is a community challenge inviting people to join in and raise funds by completing their own version of 500; whether that’s swimming 500 metres, paddling for 500 minutes, baking 500 cupcakes, or anything else creative that revolves around the number 500.
All efforts raise money for Mind Jersey and spark vital conversations around mental health.
